Refund policy

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your first order, contact us at admin@boomreach.io within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of one jar per customer, opened or unopened. You do not need to return the product.

Additional jars and subscription renewals can be refunded if they are returned unopened within 30 days of delivery. Contact us first to get the return address; return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect items. Email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will send a free replacement or a full refund.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

For health and safety reasons we cannot resell returned supplements, and we do not offer exchanges for flavor.
